CHS Academies Overview

  • A multitude of career possibilities is reachable via the CHS academies with both practical and experiential components making up their framework. Academic advisors will mentor and guide the academy students through their desired concentrations and prepare them for their future plans after graduation.

    STEM ACADEMY integrates curriculum educating students in four specific disciplines -- science, technology, engineering, and mathematics -- in an interdisciplinary and applied approach.
    CAREER ACADEMY integrates curriculum preparing students for post-secondary careers -- law and public safety, marketing, human services, and early childhood, computer science, and marketing.
    VISUAL & PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY is a practical education based on experiential learning in the following concentrations -- band, choir/vocal, dance, drama, orchestra, studio art and tv/video production.

How to Apply

  • Applicants must have all prepared documents and application submitted by the application deadline in order to
    be considered for acceptance into the program for the following school year.
